Azure Bastion - RDP and SSH over SSL - now available for Preview

It seems like lately these updates have been really about good security practices and protecting the customer. Bastion is a managed PaaS service provisioned in your Azure Virtual Network to provide RDP and SSH over SSL. Using this service, you don’t need to ever expose RDP or SSH ports to the public internet or even have a public IP address. Check it out here and also an in depth-blog bost by Chris Pietschmann here

Enable replication for added Azure VM data disks

You may have a VM already being replicated with Azure Site Recovery. Now you can enable replication of newly added disks to a VM. Read more here

Just-in-time access now supports Azure Firewall

As stated in the Microsoft update, when Just in Time was enabled , Security Center would create a policy using NSG rules. Now you can use JIT on VMs that are protected by Azure Firewall. More can be read here
