Why Refactored?

The name Refactored is rooted in the idea of improving and refining. In software development, "refactoring" refers to the process of restructuring existing code without changing its external behavior—essentially making something better and more efficient. This concept perfectly coincides our mission: to continually EDUCATE, ENABLE and EMPOWER others to help them achieve great things both personally and professionally.

• Enable students with technical playbooks and real-world examples that can be used in their personal and professional lives right away.

Technology is increasingly becoming a way of life, a way of work, a way in which we move forward faster.  With our combined experience in cloud technologies, working with customers in IT on the day-to-day, enabling them to use the powerful platform to deliver services faster, we realized there's a gap: Education!  Our courses were created on the basis that we could help people to become empowered by learning cloud and leadership skills themselves, rather than having someone else tell them what to do.

Refactored gives people the depth of knowledge they need to get Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, HashiCorp, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications which have a high demand for professional careers in the job market.
